No Devices

I created the Device setting for my Galaxy Note, and the device is
saved. Also the "My Device" folder showed up in iTunes. However, when
I try to "Synchronize Devices..", it just kept saying "No Devices -
there are no connected devices to synchronize". But, the phone is
connected and I can see the folders in Windows Explorer. What am I
missing?

I am having the same problem with my LG. It synchronized my music
before but now it won't do anything except say there are no devices
connected.

This is doing the exact same thing with my Samsung Gem! So frustrating!
