I newbie in NOSQL, i have the project with demands on time (i think
the SQLDB bad solution there):
Server adds data every eight seconds, Clients (there is no more than
10 clients in project) draws this data (i want to refresh view data
every thirty seconds).Which solution can you recommend for this
project (server it is PC with 512 MB RAM and 40GB HDD)? I write on C+
+, C#, Python, use Windows and Linux. I wont create standalone
application not web.

You haven't supplied much information, but superficially, a database server
updated every 8 seconds, with no more than 10 clients doesn't seem like a
load that a conventional database couldn't handle rather easily.

SQL Server Express Edition should be able to handle this load. It's free and the 2008R2 version can store up to 10GB of data and use up to 4GB of RAM, if I recall correctly. Either way, it should perform well for your needs.
