Still slowing learning mongodb.  Inside my collections I have arrays
of epoch time numbers.  These numbers are only a few minutes apart. I
want to aggregate the older data such that all times older than x days
are converted into just just one epoch per day.  Probably I'll do
something along the lines of keeping the highest epoch of each day.

My first thought would be to write a script, probably in Perl, to
query each array, change it as described and then put it back in,
replacing the original set.  This may not be the most efficient way.
Is there a way to do this natively in mongodb?
