No services appear in my

As you can see here (http://twitpic.com/s2ugk) the services dropdown
is empty. I checked the services locations on my server, it seems to
be ok.

Can anyone help me to get 0.8.5a running properly? I can give away the
NR-admin and FTP-admin to check.

If you change "debug" in app/config/core.php from 0 to 1, do you get
any notices/warnings? And can you check whether app/tmp/cache is
writeable by the user under which the web server runs?
