Difference in feeds at same time

When I used : Specify an url and let us try to auto discover
I got the following results:

On noserub 0.7 (my installation)

For mashable.com On noserub 0.7 (my installation) no feeds were shown
but at: preview.noserub.com or identoo.com latest feeds were shown.
Whats the reason for the difference?

I have tried both methods for NOSERUB_MANUAL_FEEDS_UPDATE
1) false
2) true and then setting up Cron jobs.
But I am getting same thing.
