Who to contact?

This is posted here because I'm not sure who to contact about it.

I am a Volunteer for Norwescon in the IT department... and I LOVE this
convention! I am also an AD&D Gamer..... "old school" 1st and 2nd
Edition, as well as 3.5 (I have not been assimilated into 4.0
yet.... ) But here is my question (with some more explanation first)

I am part of a documentary film called The Dungeon Masters [http://
www.dungeonmastersmovie.com/ ], which has seen limited release so far
to several film festivals. I would like this film to play at NWC.....
to give it some "exposure" to the sci/fi community that is the life
and breath of this convention. I think most of the people that attend
NWC will like the film......

Q: Who do I contact (on ConCom?) that can email/call/contact the
director/producer of the film..... and "officially request" a showing
of this film at Norwescon?

Thanks for the answer...... and for helping me "get the word out"
about this film.

That sounds like Programming or Special events.

Robert is right. It would be Programming or Special events. The team leaders for those departments are on this list and I know that one or both of them will contact you soon to let you know they saw your request/idea.
