Robert is right. It would be Programming or Special events. The team leaders for those departments are on this list and I know that one or both of them will contact you soon to let you know they saw your request/idea.

I thought it would be a good idea to touch bases with everyone on
where we are with volunteers, thus far. Right now, we've had 14 people
contact the Volunteers department wanting us to know they could help

Just a reminder that this months Northwest Science Fiction Society's
Social is this weekend. As an added bonus we will be handing out
free passes to see the new movie "Pandorum" at a special screening on
Sept 24th. We also have a bunch of t-shirts, mouse pads, posters and
stickers from the new movie "9" which will be given out at as well.

Saturday's meeting will be held in the Maxi's lounge on the top floor of the
hotel.

Also, a gentle reminder that if you are ill, we would all appreciate it if
you would STAY HOME. There will be future meetings that you can attend.
