We had a scare but all is good

My son Will (10) has off an on complained of his chest hurting for the
past couple of years. Typically he complained of this after strenuous
exercise. I've always discounted it because it was typically after a
soccer game or some other type of physical activity and I just figured
he had an elevated heart rate. 15-20 minutes later he was always back

Just a short note to say I hope you all are having a great spring.
It's a busy time of year for me here on the farm..I have ewes lambing
and have been doing some gardening. We went to Daytona Beach again
this year for Bike Week...had a great vacation and also made a short
trip further south to Jensen Beach, FL for a few days....it was so

Maybe it was as Dianne says "Mid-Life Crisis" (right after turning 44)
or maybe it was the back pain I started experiencing. Anyhow, I had to
start dieting and working out. Since October 14th I've dropped 31
pounds and I'm down to 144. I'm up to running about 4.5 miles in 45
minutes and I'm targeting 5 miles in 50 minutes. I truly feel so much

Your class must of been about one of the last to graduate from
Northwest.
