Hello all:

-  Tomorrow is the big day (finally!) for Bobbi Colletti.  Her surgery is
early in the morning and she'll be in the hospital for a few days, but then
back to Queen Anne's Nursing Home to recuperate.  I'll update you as I can.
-  Thanks for all of your concern for me.  The concern was well-founded.  It
all began Friday night with some slight chills and body aches and then
escalated throughout Saturday.  Saturday evening was pretty difficult with
severe chills and head-aches.  Same for Sunday and last night.  We weren't
too sure what was going on, I thought it might just be some form of flu, but
at about 10:15 PM last night I remembered a run-in I had with a tick about a
week and a half ago.  Long story short (and after another very rough night),
the doctor confirmed that I have Lyme's Disease.  The great news is that we
discovered it very early in the process and I'm already on antibiotics to
treat it.  It's not contagious whatsoever, so Meghan and the kids (and all
of you!) will be just fine.  I will likely continue to have symptoms for a
few days (fever, headaches, body aches, and some emotional swings  :-), but
the doctor said the antibiotics will eliminate it for good.  Thanks for your
concern!

I missed you all yesterday, but heard it was a great time for everybody.

In Christ,
Pastor Jeremy
