Hello, North Street Community:
Just a couple of notes before the weekend:
First, reminder about our softball game tonight. Come out to cheer or play!
Second, we are expecting a new family very, very soon in our shelter space. While the last family did a great job cleaning before they left, it's been a couple of weeks and we want to do the best we can for our new guests. We are going to have the space open for people to come and help clean any time between 8:00 and 12:00 on Saturday morning (yep, tomorrow!). If you have an hour or two during that time to help, we'd really appreciate it.
Lastly, I want to invite you again to come to the worship gathering on Sunday for the first topic in our series, "American Idols: Busyness." If you haven't had a chance to listen to the introduction yet from last week, click here.
