Hi all,
So the plan for next session (29th October) is to do some soapmaking!
This isn't using the Fight Club technique but using "melt and pour
soap" which is a slightly more artificial soap that has the handy
property that it's liquid above around 50-60C, so can be melted in
double-boiler or microwave. I've got a selection of different
fragrances, dyes, pigments, and moulds and carving tools to customise
your soaps, and I've also got pumice for texture. Feel free to bring
anything you want to work with - although dyes at least need to be
soap dyes and not anything else.
It will start at 8pm, and it will cost £3 to take part. If you have a
plastic microwaveable container (measuring jug etc) it would be useful
to bring it - I have a couple but more would go further.
Any questions?
