anyone here bought and actually recieved a MPEG2 licence ?

i ordered one. within a few hours i got an email directing me to a download file
the file turned out to be a PDF explaining that it wasn't the actual licence. it was confirmation of the order and instructions on how to install the licence when i received it which would be within 72 hours.

i've had nothing since and this was the 26th Augh when i ordered it.

logged into the RPI shop and my order is there with the downloadable link to the PDF i've already recieved, and nothing else  So i know that  it wasn't just that I missed the email
I left them a message through the contact section of the RPi shop a couple of days ago but heard nothing back  since

so anyone managed to succesfully order one ?
