I read the various House Rules as was suggested but where is the
briefer you mentioned? I think I clicked and read everything so maybe I
did see it just didn't recognize it. Is this possible?! IS IT!?

Yeah. the home page only shows the most recently edited
files/pages/discussions.
You have to go to those sections to see them all.
