On Sunday, November 15, 2009 at approximately 8:54 pm the victim and
two friends were walking in the 600 block of General Taylor when a
grey colored GMC Envoy pulled along side of them and started firing
shots from the rear window. The suspect vehicle fled on General Taylor
to Laurel where it turned right in an eastbound direction then
unknown. The victim was struck in his left shoulder and right chest.
