On Saturday, 10-31-2009, at about 11:05 pm, while in the 2200 blk
of canal street,(a gas station parking lot) the three victims stated
they were robbed at gunpoint via the two unknown wanted subjects of
their cash,wallets and jewelry. The unknown wanted subjects then fled
on foot downtown on S Galvez then direction unknown.
The first wanted subject was later apprehended and identified as
Earl Sipp, b/m, 09-25-1988, 6'0" and weighing 170 lbs. The second
wanted subject was described as a black male, 22 to 26 yrs old, 6'3"
and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with black Dickie pants. If you
