Aggravated Assault - 11-06-2009 - Suspect Arrested

On Friday, November 6th, 2009 at around 5:20 P.M., the victim and his
sister, Kimberly Simmons (B/F 02-19-1968) became involved in an
argument at his home in the 2500 block of Athis Street, during which
he asked her to leave. Ms. Simmons then became very irate, pulled a
handgun from her purse and pointed it at the victim, causing him to
call the police. Responding officers apprehended and arrested Ms.
Simmons, who was arrested and charged in the above offense.
