[Title] Blobs
[Text] Any active player may create any number of blobs at any time. If and when such blobs are created, they shall be given a name, which shall be found by adding the word 'blob' as a suffix to the creating player's name (e.g. goosblob). A blob's name does not imply that it can be controlled by its creator. Two blobs with different names are still part of the same species of life-form.

At some point in time there may exist at least one blob that was created by each player. If this is the case, then exactly one of each player's blobs shall combine automatically to form a new random lifeform. If the same condition is still met, then they shall repeat this process until there is at least one creator from which there is no existing blob.

All creations of blobs must be publicly announced.

When this happens, they shall no longer exist and a non-player life-form of the randomly selected type shall be created. The newly created life-form shall be selected by choosing randomly from all lifeforms aside from Any one of the blobs may perform this action, or they may collectively perform the action as a whole.

I made a mistake in the second proposal. It should read, "...The

newly created life-form shall be selected by choosing randomly from

all lifeforms aside from 'blob'." Because the proposal is already
submitted, I guess I'll just submit the correction as a proposal for
next turn (assuming this proposal passes).

[Text] Nomicron players are encouraged to recruit new players to Nomicron. If a new player joins, or if an old player rejoins, the joining player and recruiting player earn 20 points each. To be eligible for the reward, the joining player must announce to the Public Forum which player recruited them.
