When I have time, I will make a page tracking when each mutable rule
was last invoked, so it will be clear when and if rules will become
Noncepts. I'm going to want a table format for that. Is there any
convenient way to make tables in the wiki, or will I have to use a
regular web page?
Some special cases to note: {Rule 206} is not a Noncept, as there are
conflicting rules that are implicitly resolved by the precedence
system. {Rule 207} is a Noncept, as there have been no RFJs, but {Rule
208} is not, as people have joined the Judicial Pool--Jef, I'll need
some way of tracking when people join and leave the Judicial Pool in
order to determine the future status of {Rule 208}.
The status of {Rule 211} is less clear, due to an ambiguity in {Rule
309}. 309 specifies that the rule must have been in effect for three
turns, but it's not clear whether this means that the current version
of the rule must have been in effect, or just an arbitrary version of
the rule. This probably doesn't matter now, but we might have an RFJ
about it later. In the mean time, I'm labeling the rule a Noncept.
It'll definitely be one after another turn, and I'd rather not risk
missing it later.
All the markup is done, so if there are any disagreements about what
is or isn't a Noncept, submit an RFJ. After all, it's worth at least
10 points ;-)
Alternatively, html table tags will also work.
As for tracking judicial pool status changes, I will make available to
you the last update date/time of each player's judicial pool status.
I'll let you know when it's ready.
