officially begun! Following are the players of Nomicron per {Rule 3},
each of whom met the criteria for being a player:

Ouroboros
Physics
All others cease to be players at this time, but may join again under
{Rule 215} at any time (ahem.... Tovan?)
All players should have received logins for the website via email--if
not, let me know and I'll have it sent again. For those who are new,
the web application is where all voting, creating proposals, and
requests for judgment happen. If you have any questions, just ask...
Some things to note:
Nomicron has a google calendar that has turn start and end times, as
well as RFJ deadlines. This is a great way to track turns and times in
your local time if you are a google user. You can subscribe to the
Nomicron google calendar by clicking the link on the calendar display
page: http://nomicron.org/calendar.cron

If you haven't already, you can join the judicial pool per {Rule 208}
by clicking the link to "Toggle judicial pool status" on the Nomicron
home page when logged in.
The first turn starts on Monday 2007-09-10 22:00 CDT--all times are in
US Central Time (currently daylight savings). To submit a proposal,
create a draft and check "Submit this as a proposal for next turn".
