I'm here today to ask that you all turn up the heat. The state of the
game is deteriorating and we face the lowest temperatures seen. If
everybody turns up the heat in the next few turns, we will be able to
gain income each Turn, and we will be able to more easily manage
temperature. I cannot save the game on my own, so I ask that you
assist me and make a better future.

Actually, I'm not sure if turning up the heat will help. After all, if
the temperature variable does slide into freezing ranges, it will
encourage proposal submission. And even bad proposals are better than
no proposals at all.
