Turn Correction

I had forgotten to make Lars active before the turn started through
the web application, so the email stated he was still an observer.
However, he is officially an active player now. This also made the
automated system not give Lars votes, which I will correct later...
right now, I'm about to board a flight back to Minnesota from
Amsterdam, so will not be able to take care of this until later
Tuesday... my apologies. I'll let you know when this is fixed.

Also add to your list of things to correct that Ouroboros' term as
judge has officially expired, and a new judge is needed for {Case
6003}. Interestingly enough, this also triggers {Rule 209}, so the
10-point bonus goes to Onenone if the case is ruled false, or to
Ouroboros if it is ruled true.

And I think it's bad that Ouroboros is not penalized for his judicial
failure. I'll have to amend that rule.

Ok... both things are corrected now... Physics is now judge on {Case
6003}... it shows up as a recusal again because that's how I can get
the app to choose a new judge. Lars should be able to vote now on this
turn's proposals... sorry about the problems!
