I think there has been a small mistake. Points as per Rule 302.1
(Votes unleashed) have been awarded twice for Turn 9-7. Or am I
missing something?

You are correct... my silly mistake. I had hand-entered them yesterday
thinking that the turn had ended but the application didn't award the
points because there were no proposals. So, in an attempt to comply
with Looney's ruling on {Case 6002}, I did it then. I'll remove the
extra ones now...
