XML namespace parse error

Nokogiri 1.3.3 pass attached, but 1.4.0 cannot pass that .

Nokogiri::XML::Document#collect_namespaces は廃棄予定中だった為に、このテストは使用出来ませんでした。
しかし、多くの人々に使用されていたので、新しいメソッドを設置する予定です。

以下は次のリリースまで、今現在の可能な臨時の解決方法です。

I'm going to add collect_namespaces back in to Nokogiri, but nokogiri
internals will not depend on it.
