I found a black cat with white on it's face and paws this morning(6/12/08) in Herring Run Park under the Harford Road bridge.  It is very docile but seemed weak.  I took it to the SPCA at 9 a.m. this morning, 6/12/08   PLEASE CONTACT THE SPCA IMMEDIATELY IF THIS IS YOUR CAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   SPCA  410-235-8826
