Review from Wednesday
|
| |
We started with brief introductions of each other. There were four new
faces that attended the meetup. We discussed the principles of the
group and how we want to organize each meeting. We then moved promptly
into reviewing the pending pull requests and discussed pros and cons

Another first meetup
|
| |
Unfortunately not everyone that was interested was able to make it to
our inaugural event. I'd like to put on another NodeKC night to give

Uncle Bob Martin suggests (as in 'long methods are where classes go to
hide') would be particularly useful in asynchronous programming in
general and Node.js development in particular.... more »

Ideas for our first meet up
|
| |
I talked with Andrew a shortly last night about our first meeting. I
suggested that his trip to the NodeSummit in SF might give us a good
topic for our first meeting. We talked about having it in a coffee
shop. He found one in Westport that he thought would be good. I forget
the name. Anyways, at this point I don't want to bother with... more »
