dgram and broadcast

Hi to all,
in the version 0.6.X I see that the broadcast in dgram library is not
yet implemented (in version 0.4.X the broadcast work fine). Hi made
some reserch in list and github and I find a discussion for drop the
support on unix datgarm but no info about how will be re-implemented
the broadcast support. I find this open issue on github

There is some plan about?

Broadcast and multicast support will probably be back in 0.6.4 or 0.6.5.
