ANN: Job, a lightweight job delayer and processor

tl;dr it monkey-patches helper modules so that `mailer.sendRegistrationEmail(...)` can be called as `mailer.delay.sendRegistrationEmail(ms, priority, ...)`.

I've been using it in production for a while and thought I'd unleash it to the world to get some feedback. Hope someone finds it useful!
