atbar beta release

I've released the beta version of atbar.  https://github.com/mark-hahn/atbar.

It is a simple callback manager consisting of two functions.  One that generates callbacks and one that catches them.  It unravels the spaghetti of async callback chains without obfuscating the callbacks themselves.

1) It is in production where I work.

2) The documentation is redone to be more complete and easier to understand.

3) Tests have been added that cover most of the code.

4) There are now no coffeescript requirements.

5) It has been registered with npm for easy installation.
