Ho acquistato con la carta di credito nodal ma,dopo che ho avuto
l'addebito sul conto e ho stampato la fattura, l'icona di nodal non
compare.come devo fare per attivare nodal?

When you purchase Nodal via our eStore you will receive an activation
code which you then need to copy and paste into the registration
screen (Nodal -> Registration...)
