Hi Garnet,
This is a problem with your bank. I've heard of a couple of other
banks that have swapped the payee and memo fields in a QIF file. You
should complain to your bank and see if they can fix it.
MoneyWell may offer a way to swap these two fields during the import
in a future release, but I don't have a solid date for that
functionality.
