How to run unit tests?

I have downloaded the latest NModbus source, and built it using the
VS2008 solution.

I see a lot of unit test code - how do I execute them, and where do I
see the status?

I don't want to break existing functionality with the error handling
improvement attempts I am going to make.

You can use the MbUnit test runner or TestDriven.NET inside visual studio.
