bi gram words comaprison

i want to compare two words by using semantic similarity like wu
palmer similarity or any other
like i want to compare (i love) with (my love) i dont want to compare
i with i i want to compare both at the same time .
can any one plzzzzz help me outtttttttttttttttttttttttttt

input :
sent 1 :i like amsterdam
sent 2 :i love to live in dubai
so in these two sentences i want to compare them mean to check their
semantic similarity but using bigram
check similarity between (i like) and (i love) than (i like) with (to
live) and than (i like) with (in dubai)
