Several testsuite failures (python 2.6.6, numpy 1.5.1)

On a Debian unstable, with Python 2.6.6 and numpy 1.5.1, various tests in
the NLTK master branch are failing. Attached is the (compressed) output
of "make -k doctest doctest_code" (issued for commit "65f2cc4fac" on
master). Let me know if you need more information.

Oops, I now see that NLTK has an issue tracker on GitHub; I will try to
submit more granular reports about the encountered failures there.
