addemar.com is een spambedrijf. klagen daarover gaat niet helpen,
het is hun business. blocken helpt wel.

Graag zou ik even reageren op bovenstaande opmerking als Communicatie
Manager van Addemar.
Ten eerste zijn wij een officiële Email Service Provider. Wij zijn
zeker geen spambedrijf!
Wij doen er juist alles aan om spam te vermijden.

Wanneer wij klachten ontvangen, nemen wij die zeer ernstig en volgen
deze ook steeds op.
Ook bovenstaande klacht hebben wij opgenomen om actie te ondernemen.

Als u nog vragen of klachten heeft, kan u steeds contact opnemen met
mij.

"een officiele email service provider die spamt in opdracht van klanten"
is hier even afgekort tot "een spambedrijf".

Alles wat ik hier binnen zie komen van addemar is spam. Dat is al jaren
zo. Alleen is het volume sinds 1 oktober wel drastisch afgenomen, dus
wellicht zijn er nu minder klanten die opdracht geven tot het versturen
van spam.

Per mail voegde ze daar nog aan toe:

| We hebben ook contacten met OPTA in Nederland om aan de wetgeving

Dan heeft de OPTA haar vast verteld, dat dit soort mailtjes in Nederland
onder het spamverbod valt.

Dan zouden jullie de klanten moeten vragen om te bewijzen [1] dat de
hoor hen aangereikte e-mail adressen positief hebben bevestigd die
e-mail te willen ontvangen. Opgave alleen op een webpagina is *geen*
bewijs. Zolang dat niet gebeurt blijft het spammen.

Gemeenlijk heet dat whitelisten. Dat is niet serieus te nemen als aktie
tegen spam. Het heeft een reden dat wij jullie al lang geleden hebben
opgenomen in onze RBLfUN.

[1] Bewijs is iets anders dan een verklaring. Zulk bewijs kost onderzoek
en dus geld en dat mag de klant betalen.
