國人纖維攝取量普遍不足,根據國內一項調查發現,31-40歲上班族腸內長息肉者逐年增加,其中超過4成三餐都是「老外」,長期蔬果攝取不足。醫師提醒,腸息肉是罹患腸癌的前兆!足夠的纖維攝取可降低大腸癌發生率,建議每天攝取約5個拳頭份量的蔬果,遠離腸癌罹患風險。
