Cowboy support: ready?

Is it possible to launch today nitrogen with cowboy support?

Hi Max,

Cowboy support does work if you run from HEAD. I'm finishing up a few more things (mainly docs) before the official 2.1.0 release, but the cowboy stuff is  pretty much ready to go.

Use: make rel_cowboy

This command doesn't work for me right now, if take everything from
HEAD, but it is not a problem,
nitrogen is built inside my project and I use it without this reltools.
