[ANN] restful_* elements for nitrogen

I added the possibility to use old school form tags/elements that work
without javascript.
This is useful if you want to have a fallback option for clients that
lack javascript support or sit
behind a firewall that filters active content

If you want to try it, just clone g...@github.com:StPanning/nitrogen.git

Note: documentation is provided in org-mode only, since a translation
to html produces quite different html-pages that lead to huge diffs.

As I said in IRC, I'll be looking it all over in the early part of
this week and should merge it into mainline shortly thereafter.

I read that. I additionally announced it here, since there is a (probably slim)
chance that somebody else may find this feature also useful and does
some testing.
The more people test new stuff, the more errors get detected early.
