This should be a feature to be considered for future releases.
The native email client (and calendar) in Jelly Bean offers the ability to simultaneously connect to multiple corporate exchange accounts. This integration is beneficial for consolidated views of exchange calendars and email without the need to switch profiles. It actually works pretty well.
Even when using a second profile in Touchdown, I believe only the active profile will receive push messages. So I have to switch back and forth between profiles to stay current.
My company will be mandating the use of Touchdown in the near future. Since we consult for other customers, I also need access to their exchange servers as well. Being able accomplish this in one application with a consolidated view of email and calendar is a very real need.

From I've been told, I think it's related to security, encryption and
manageability. For example, for pre-ICS phones, the devices cannot be
encrypted. For these phones, Touchdown provides a secure container for
email. Although newer phones support encryption, the reliability
manageability of the native email client is and issue. My company also
wants to use Zenprise to manage all iOS and Android devices.

Thanks. One of the biggest headaches for such deployments is separation of
data. This is where the consolidated view falls flat.
