For everyone new to this forum, let me help guide you. This is the
main page of the NitroDesk TouchDown Google Groups. Please take a
look at it and you will notice three sections (Discussions, Pages and
Files).

Discussions - As you know is the "Forum" that all of us have been
posting in. Selecting "View All" will show you all the forum topics
with different "View" and "Sort" options. You should use
Discussions / Forums for discussing CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY issues, not
Feature requests.
Pages - Is a list of USEFUL INFORMATION that all of us should look at
before bothering the developer. I am included in this group because I
did a lot of the same mistakes all of you are doing before I started
looking around and playing with the site. Selecting "View All"
displays all the topics within it and includes such things as FAQ,
Installations, Feature Requests (Follow the instructions and post
feature requests here), Syncing, Beta Installation Instructions,
etc...
Files - This area contains files that you can download. Selecting
"View All" will display all the contents as well as sorting
functionality.
I hope this short description of the site helps you and keeps the
forums a little cleaner. NitroDesk, if any of these descriptions are
incorrect, please feel free to correct them. If you can, making this
forum topic a sticky might help future "TouchDown" users which I know
there will be plenty because this is the best Android Exchange
Solution on the Market.
