nsnd bg 2013

[Arangel Angov]

Any plans for NSND Belgrade in April yet? I was interested in coming a
few days earlier so it would be good to know if and when nothing will
happen.

Of course we are planing. We were thinking about dates, dilemma is
between 20/21. or 27/28.

But I will go lose and decide right now:

It will be 20th and 21st of April (since that weekend is marathon
http://www.bgdmarathon.org/mare.htm, and we have accidental tradition
to have nsns same weekend).


Now we can all plan our time and have nice weekend in Belgrade.

Looking at people running in the direction of hacklab from hostel's balcony
is long tradition for NSND in Belgrade :-)

I also prefer 27-8 slightly.

Perhaps we can, for a change, start with introductory presentation of
the organizer (Marko, or someone else from Belgrade) who will describe
the activities of local community, especially in period from last NSND.
Projects, problems, ideas, anecdotes, interesting photos etc. Twenty
minutes or so. Some slides to make it more formal. Limited discussion,
and then we can proceed with introductions of the attendees and the rest
of the program.

There are two reasons I propose that. First, the topic is important and
interesting, newbie friendly, and it can inspire private discussions
during conference. The second: it might be easier to start on time or
with reasonable delay, because there is only one person responsible. If
we start with cycle of introductions, then everyone waits everyone, and
we were kinda slow to start in Split and Belgrade for last few years.
