Hi all,

When I try to view the 'report/index.html' file in Firefox, I keep getting this error:

"Permission to read file was denied"

I had this issue about a year back and can't remember how I solved it… Any thoughts?

Cheers,
Dave W.

hi dave,

sorry for the delay - swamped right now.

this part should really be replaced with a proper tracking webapp running via python simplehttpserver or cherrypy. the only reason those authentication problems exist is because we are trying to navigate a local file system and browsers don't allow that.

hello nipy-users, if anybody has the time to refactor that component simply get in touch with me.

cheers,

satra

According to this post, the Firefox security API has changed: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/942288

After removing the try/catch blocks that contain it, I still can't get it to load.  Is there an alternative way of interrogating the result_nodename.plkz files in the pipeline cache directory?

In addition, XPConnect is no longer exposed in Firefox since v16: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2608277
