Update to NinjectContrib for Prism 2.0

I made some updates to the NinjectBootStrapper for Prism that is part of NinjectContrib project in google code. The new version contains a project for Silverlight as well as some changes to make it work with Prism 2.0 and use the ServiceLocator. It was an easy migration that probably a lot ppl have done already, but I feel that the best place to put it would be in the repository. I'd like to know how could I submit a patch.
