Changes / cleanup in themes

I am doing some fixes in the HTML with the following criteria:

1) No more "style=" in the templates
2) wrapping things in divs where they make sense (for example the footer)
3) Stop abusing <hr> so much

The ultimate goal is to make the output easier to style. In the
meantime, it's quite possible I just broke your sites so if you can try
master and let me know, I will be very grateful :-)

I swear I tried not to break stuff. OTOH, that's why we have releases :-)
