Today's Nickelsville Alert

Dear Friends:

Today, United Indians of All Tribes Foundation officially asked
Nickelsville to leave Daybreak Star by noon this Friday, October
10th. As we have said all along, we will respect their request and
leave on Friday with gratitude for the time they allowed us to stay
with them.

Meanwhile, the City's Notice of Violation gives a deadline of noon
tomorrow, Wednesday October 8th. It is unlikely the City will pursue
this deadline now that they know UIAT have asked us to leave and that
we will do so willingly.

There is a slight chance there still will be a hearing tomorrow for a
Temporary Restraining Order. We will notify you immediately if this
is scheduled.

HELP IS URGENTLY NEEDED:

1) Please, if you have Site Ideas of where Nickelsville might go
next, email me or phone me (450-9136) immediately.

2) A LOT of help will be needed with the move on Friday. Show up
from 7:30 AM to help pack; vehicles will be needed through the morning
and likely especially around noon.
