Jira and patches?

Jira has been down for several days now... how can we submit patches?

I have this tiny bug I found some minutes ago... does anybody want it?

The Jira server does seem to be massively unreliable, this isn't the first time it's been down - who is hosting it?

Have you guys ever considered using the hosted JIRA Studio option from Atlassian? I'm sure free hosting could be negotiated given the stature of this open source project.

Actually the JIRA is hosted in a Oren's server.

We have considered JIRA Studio and even some other options... we will see what follow.
