cheer up Cheryl. spring snows can be deep, but they go away
pretty fast :)
when i lived in Antrim we had a snowstorm overnight in late
April that left 31" on the ground, as measured at 6am.
during the day the temps got close to 70F & by 6:30pm when
some friends came over there wasn't a sign of any of that
snow...
OTOH, i was out with the newest puppy & it's a pretty heavy
wet snow. i bet driving is pretty nasty this morning.
hey, i'm getting a state permit to grow Ribes! that's
currents & gooseberries for you non-gardeners ;) w00t! i just
have to keep the chickens away from them...
i'm going to try to be good & not plant 47 varieties of
tomatoes this year...
and i have a former shade garden that will be full sun this
year due to the logging. have to move my Soloman's seal...
any idea where i can get pitcher plants & sundews locally for
my boggy garden?

I really need to drive to Manchester today... Grumble. Should have done that
errand yesterday

There is a water garden place in Chester. Haven't been but have heard nice
things
