Software Developer Analyst Job Description:

The Software Developer Analyst is responsible for designing,
developing, implementing, and supporting custom software applications.
Strong technical programming skills in the Microsoft development
environment, experience with relational database systems, and good
communication skills are required for this position.

Requirements 1. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent
combination of education and experience), plus one to three years of
systems analysis and programming, or equivalent related job
experience. 2. Software development cycle knowledge (design, code,
source control, quality assurance, test and deployment). 3. Experience
with relational database systems is required. 4. Excellent oral and
written communication skills and an ability to work well within a team
and project environment. 5. Background must demonstrate the ability to
operate effectively within a complex, dynamic environment. 6. Ability
to work under pressure on a number of different projects
simultaneously. 7. Commitment to keeping abreast of technology and
sharing that knowledge with others. 8. Experience developing in one of
Microsoft’s visual development suites (VB, VB.NET, C#) is required. 9.
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server development is required. 111.
Previous work experience or education in other programming languages
will be considered on a case by case basis. 12. Experience with
healthcare information systems is a strong plus. 13. All candidates
must score well on a technical assessment to be considered.
