I'm posting this for my nephew; I don't need this for myself.
Are there any financial counseling programs in or near Dover that
are free or very inexpensive? He needs some professional advice on
getting his finances under control. I checked his bank's (Citizens
Bank) website and couldn't find any mention of this. But I heard some
banks offer this.
