Software Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

Act as a technical expert, addressing problems of the application
integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms Assist technical
support personnel with testing, troubleshooting, and instruction on
voice applications and systems Participate in release planning and
system deployment

Experience with quality assurance and user acceptance testing of voice
applications Full-life cycle development experience using structured
development methodologies Audium/Java/Oracle development skills

Demonstrated application development documentation skills

2 to 5 years of software development experience

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required

Strong desire to learn and work with multiple applications, tools and
technologies

Typical Training / Experience - Typically requires BS/BA or Associates
degree in related discipline; Generally 2-5 years of experience in
related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and
generally 2-4 years of experience in related field. Certification is
required in some areas
