There is a going away party (with lots of live music including
The English Department) and art sale (of Derm's paintings)
for Derm English Sunday Sept. 28 from 7 to midnight at The Ship
as he, with two philosophy degrees and wondering
what to do, is off for two months in India and then
to teach English in Taiwan.

So basically he is selling thirty-something paintings
reasonably cheaply rather than paying to store them
